Rolled ice cream isn't served — it's performed. Liquid cream hits a −20° cold plate and gets rolled into ribbons right in front of your guests.
Tell us your date, guest count and venue. A $100 deposit locks it on our calendar.
Our crew rolls in with the cold plates and everything we need — setup to cleanup, 2 full hours of service.
Each guest picks from 6 menu items and watches their dessert rolled to order. No freezer tubs. No scoops. A show.
